Pain Awareness Month

IBS can really be a pain. We hear frequently how pain is a daily struggle for many members of the IBS community. How do you manage your IBS pain?

  1. I a friend and a relative who has IBS. I can see their struggle and it's painful to watch and witness their struggles.

  2. Just joined today. I'm having a very painful day. Was going to take a bike ride and all I can think about is my stomach pain!
