Apps and Life Hacks for IBS

What types life hacks do you have for managing your IBS symptoms? Use any smartphone apps to help track symptoms or diet? Share with the community below!

  1. I tried using a calorie calculator app during quarantine to better track my diet and what goes in me. It started out okay, but became so tedious when I tried to input whole meals. It had a HUGE database filled with different products that users had inputted recipes and ingredients into, whether it's a blueberry muffin or a Hostess Twinkie. But the more complicated the dish, the more often I would have to sit my mom down and get a run down of every ingredient to get an accurate account of what was involved. It became easier for me to just eat a banana than dissect the edamame pasta. Now I just try to remember it all!
