Banana Bread Recipe

This is the recipe that I use every time I make banana bread. Symptom free for me. 🙂

Ingredients

  • Bowl 1:
    • 1 3/4 cup flour
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Bowl 2:
    • 1 cup sugar (I use 1/2 cup)
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
    • 1 tsp vanilla (can omit)
  • 1 1/2 cups of bananas (3 large bananas)

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in bowl 2 with electric blender or whisk.
  2. Mash 1 1/2 cups of bananas (3 large bananas) and fold into bowl 2.
  3. Sift in all ingredients in bowl 1 and combine into bowl 2.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 60-70 minutes.
  6. I also add a tsp of cinnamon for flavor into bowl 1.
  7. Enjoy!
