Avocado Vegan Brownies

This recipe doesn’t call for oil and is dairy-free. You can omit maple syrup and just use 1/2 cup sugar.

Ingredients for avocado vegan brownies

  • 1/2 cup mashed avocado
  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp almond milk unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions for avocado vegan brownies

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl. Blend for 15-20 seconds.
  2. Combine rest of ingredients except for chocolate chips in a large bowl.
  3. Pour wet ingredients in.
  4. Add chocolate chips.
  5. Stir and combine.
  6. Transfer to baking pan. Sprinkle handful of chocolate chips on top.
  7. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
