Please discuss your experience of yoga on ibs symptoms.if i do yoga especiaaly long breathing or kapal bhati, my symptoms become worsen.

For me, I usually try and sit on my haunches/crouch. It gets my knees up, as if I were using my squatty potty. Helps things get moving, that's for sure! ~ Sawyer (team member)
