My work bathroom is a floor up, and that really stresses me out. When I’m in a flare, I’m on high alert all of the time, and I know I seem distant from friends and coworkers. I just want to hide at home, but I have to work and participate in family life.

Mortifying—I am anxious about eating out for fear of what might happen. Also, every time I go to a public place—museum, theater, movie, etc. I always check to see where the nearest bathroom is located & try to be as close as possible to it. I’ve discovered it really shocking how little the planners of these buildings concern themselves with bathrooms!

We hear you, @lynngrow! That’s definitely been a strategy of many here. So frustrating when it’s difficult to find the bathroom. Thanks for weighing in! – Chris, Team
