"I can't i am now mixed .This is probably common but its annoying! My ibs is like, go a little or nothing everyday with cramps bloated nausea vomiting just C IBS for a few days then all of a sudden comes D diaree with all pain cramps etc on and cleans me out then get constipated for 3 or ??,, days and then the cycle starts over cramps vomiting panicking depression.. migraine depression anger rage etc 💔😭💔😭"
