"Woke this morning to a sunny day with a choir of red winged black birds singing a Spring song. I have been dealing with another wonderful IBS flare up this past week. Today is my 68th Birthday and upon reflection, have realized that I have been a chronic IBS sufferer for 46 years. It has been a huge struggle to endure this insidious disease. Out of necessity, I live day by day and do not plan anything. Today I hope to venture out and have a me day for Birthday. This all depends on how my morning goes. If I don't end up being stuck in the bathroom all morning, then it will be a good day to venture out. Fingers crossed. "
