"hello everyone, so my gastro has told me everything came back clear from my endoscopy and blood work. I am not feeling any better and he did try to recommend taking an anti-depressant but I kindly declined because I know what side effects some of these meds come with. now I did give Elavil a try and after a week of actually TRYING i gave up. severe dry mouth, and horrible drowsiness that would take forever to wear off. now my question is, in my discharge instructions from my endoscopy i noticed it says at the bottom in bold font " IMPRESSIONS: HIATAL HERNIA" would that mean i have one or they were looking for one? i asked this same question to my gastro and hope to have an answer soon. this will explain my nausea and the urge to vomit immediately after eating. hope I get some answers soon."
