"Wow,I didn't realize how much worse IBS-D is than IBS-C. Never thought I would be thankful I have the latter but sorry you guys have it worse. I am a vegan for the last 5 years and because of my high fiber diet, IBS has improved. I still have leftsided abdominal pain and have to be careful what I eat but all in all, have it much better than the IBS-D sufferers. You would think the drug companies would try to tackle this common bowel disorder with some type of effective medication. I tried the one that came out a few years ago but it gave me diarrhea. I hope each and every one of you has a happy holiday but be careful with the holiday feast !!! "
