    I had a bad flare. First I’ve had in a few months.
    I was diagnosed with ibs about fifteen years ago.
    Going to a doctor is nonproductive.

  7. Yes, I have! I now use an app called fodmap. It’s a free app and has changed what I eat and helped enormously. Further, I’ve changed over to a lactose free diet. Between these two changes I have had only one (read that again, because I Cant believe it ether) flare since October 2023 {or thereabouts} when I made the changes. Please note, I’m not in anyway affiliated with either the app, or the dairy industry that removes lactose from dairy products.
