"Hello. This is my first post here. I was diagnosed as a teenager with IBS along with an anxiety disorder. I also suffer from Emetaphobia. Usually I have constipation but have diarrhea occasional too. I dont usually have pain but more of a feeling of bloatedness and not being able to go enough. I do have a question. I looked this up and all I got was it does not happen but is IBS. I had been feeling like I could not go enough the past few days and last night finally did only it felt like it was loose even though it was formed and small. Today now I am having diarrhea after a hard poop cane out. Its yellow which I usually have too. Sorry for all of the information but I dont know how not to beat around the Bush with this question. Have any of you had this happen? I'm terrified of being sick which is making my anxiety start up. I've had little pains that feel like trapped gas too which I have a hard time with"
