"Hi everyone..... So I guess this is where my IBS story starts. I was diaggnosed just about 3 or 4 days ago, when I experienced my first ever "flare-up". I must say I feel a bit anxious and even a bit jealous. I miss the idea of never being able to eat cake again or not to be able to eat some chocolates on a stressful day. Do any of you have tips on how to deal with this and what to eat to still treat yourself. "
